Update
Issue syncing is working as expected for EU customers. A small number of customers in the US are affected by a delay syncing issues. The impact of this is that some JQL queries may have inaccurate/out-of-date results. We know the root cause of the incident and are working on mitigation for those problems. Apologies for the delay in updates and any inconvenience this is causing.

The impact of this is that some JQL queries may have inaccurate/out-of-date results. We are releasing changes to reduce this delay as quickly as possible.
