Delays processing Script Listeners and Workflow Post Functions for EU customers

We have noticed there have been delays in post function and script listener executions for certain customers within the EU region.

These delays will have been for up to 8 mins 30 seconds and affected both ScriptRunner for Jira and Confluence cloud

This occurred between 10:30AMGMT - 11:34AMGMT
