This incident has been resolved. We'll be taking measure in the next weeks to address any further out of date query results due to this incident.

Monitoring
We have released a fix for this issue. The fix will make sure that new updates to issues and comments and worklogs are accurately reflected in Enhanced Search queries, however we will need to do some follow up data cleaning to make sure older Jira updates (since 27th June) are also accurately reflected in query results.

We have become aware of an issue that will have caused some issues to fail to synchronise since 27th June 2022. We have created a fix and will release this to production imminently. We are investigating the impact this has had on customers and will update with further information.
