Caching resolution issue affected small number of script executions

Resolved

A small number of scripts failed to run between 9:01am UTC and 9:59am UTC on the 27th Aug 2026.

The issue is now resolved and scripts should be running normally.

This affected ScriptRunner for Jira and Confluence Cloud.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
