We can confirm that we had an issue with the ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud and Enhanced Search for Jira Cloud Apps which caused filters not to be synchronised as expected.
The incident started on the 6th October at 13.15 UTC and was resolved on the 7th October at 8:46 UTC which means that filters will now synchronise as expected.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this issue has caused.
